Request for Refund of Residence Hall Security Deposit

A student who will no longer be living in the residence halls must complete this form in its entirety and return to the Office of Housing & Residence Life for refund of his/her security deposit. If a balance is owed on the accounts receivable (AR) account, a refund will not be issued and the credit in the security deposit account will be transferred to reduce the AR balance due.
