Minors

Goldey-Beacom College now offers students an opportunity to complete a minor in addition to their major degree program. A minor provides that “extra edge” for today’s competitive job market by adding another valuable business skill set – and with just a few additional courses. Students may pursue a minor in the field of Management, Marketing Management, Financial Management, or Human Resource Management. Upon graduation, the student’s transcript will reflect completion of both the major degree and the minor.

To earn a minor, a student typically completes a minimum of 9 credits or 3 courses above and beyond the courses required for the first degree, or major. Minors are to be completed concurrently with the program of study, or within a year, of graduation. Students should contact their academic advisor for details.
