Prepaid Dining Packages for Goldey-Beacom College

The College Food Service offers a variety of prepaid dining packages for students, faculty, and staff to be used at The College Cantina. The Cantina, located in the Thompson Lounge of the Joseph West Jones College Center, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Monday through Thursday. Meals are served between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. throughout the Fall and Spring semesters when the College is open for operation.

Block Meal Plans

These plans give holders the opportunity to enjoy a set number of meals throughout the semester as well as $50.00 worth of declining balance card funds which can be used for beverages, snacks or extra meals. The meals may be used for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as the holder chooses. Meals are subtracted from the block as they are used. The Block Plans offer parents a sense of security that their student will have a set number of meals to enjoy during the semester as well as a great deal of flexibility. Each meal will include a choice of one entrée with appropriate sides, selected from the regular menu or the daily specials, a beverage and a dessert.Funds may be added to the declining balance accounts at any time however, no additional meals may be added during a given semester. Meals do not carry over from semester to semester.

 

     Plan #1 150 meals + $50 declining balance card funds = $1,175.00/semester

     Plan #2 100 meals + $50 declining balance card funds = $800.00/semester

     Plan #3  50 meals + $50 declining balance card funds = $425.00/semester

Block Meal Plans may be purchased at Footnotes the College Bookstore or the College Business Office. Please call the Campus Store with inquiries (302) 225-6300.

Fall 2008 Block Plans must be purchased by September 12, 2008.

Declining Balance Meal Plan

Students, faculty and staff can put money on account for any amount over $20.00 and then make purchases at the Cantina using their college ID card. Accounts can be opened at The Footnotes College Store or the Business Office. Please call the Campus Store with questions at (302) 225-6300.
