The Lightning Ladies finished the CACC 5k race at Belmont Plateau 7th in the conference. Three of the ladies set personal bests, with one breaking the top five in the fastest runner in GBC history.
Jacqui Nisbett, a freshman from Woodbury, NJ, finished 24th overall in the conference meet with a time of 22:00. This time gave her the #2 spot on the fastest runner in GBC Women’s history also shattering her old personal best time by 56 seconds.
Thesalie Miller, a junior from New Castle, DE and Brittney Murray, a freshman from Townsend, DE also posted personal bests in the 5k at the conference meet.

11/02 - The team placed 8th out of 9 teams at the NAIA Region X Championship Meet in Presque Isle, Maine.

10/26 - The team placed 6th out of 7 teams at the CACC Championship Meet held at Belmont Plateau in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

9/6 - The Women’s Cross Country Team competed in its first meet at William Patterson University, finishing 14th out of 14 teams.
