Dona Roy - At Goldey-Beacom: A tennis prospect from Botswana will be joining the tennis team for only one season. She will provide much need experience and depth in building the GBC tennis program…Personal/Education: Comes to GBC, determined to earn an MBA in one year.

Stephanie Bain - At Goldey-Beacom: Looks to improve on Fall 2006 season through private tennis lessons and during GBC’s first ever Spring 2007 non- traditional season practices and fall preseason practice…2006: In GBC’s second season (GBC’s started its Women’s Tennis program in 2005) of women’s tennis posted a 2-8 record at No. 1 Singles and 2-8 at No. 1 Doubles…was voted MVP by team members…2005: voted MVP by team members…earned highest GPA Award on team…Personal/High School: Stephanie Bain was a four-year letter winner in tennis at St. Marks in Wilmington, DE...Computer Information System major at GBC.

Katherine Lewis - At Goldey-Beacom: Having enjoyed her first season of college tennis in 2006, looks to build on her experience during GBC’s Spring 2007 practices and fall preseason practices…2006: Past member of the GBC Cross Country Team decided to try tennis in the Fall 2006. Having little tennis experience worked hard and improved every week through out the season…record 1-9 at No. 4 Singles and 2-8 at No. 2 Doubles...co-winner of ACE Award for her dedication and perseverance…Personal/High School: Ran Cross Country at Hodgson VO-Tech where she was MVP her senior year…management major at GBC.

Berline Duperoy - At Goldey-Beacom: Looks to improve all aspects of her tennis game over the next several months through participation in GBC’s first ever non-traditional season spring practices, lessons and fall preseason practice…2006: A transfer student with tennis experience made significant improvement during the fall season…record 1-9 at No. 3 Singles and 2-8 at No.2 Doubles…won Most Improved Award…Personal/College: Played No. 6 Singles and made Dean’s list as freshman at Wesley College…played tennis at Smyrna High School…accounting major at GBC.

Luisiana Souto
- At Goldey-Beacom: A seasoned tennis prospect from Caracas, Venezuela is Coach Joe Kissel’s first recruit. She is expected to make her presence felt immediately by assuming the #1 position in singles and doubles…Personal/High School: Comes to GBC to study International Management. Graduated from Humboldt (high school) in Caracas.
