Jen Carleton, Head Coach

Jen Carleton, the fifth head coach in the history of the women’s program, enters her first season as a head coach.  Jen comes to Goldey-Beacom College after being the assistant coach for women’s basketball for Holy Family University where they won the CACC regular season and tournament championship.  Before Holy Family, Jen was an assistant coach for Caldwell College for three years.

A graduate from Caldwell, Carleton was a member of the women’s basketball team for four years including the 2003 CACC tournament championship team.  Carleton currently holds the Caldwell College record for most 3-pointers in a career.
