As a spirited, energetic undergraduate, Tim MacMillan showed the leadership and drive that left no doubt he would be a success. He served as President of Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity, Vice President of Student Government, President of the Resident Student Association, and earned the Clarence A. Fulmer Leadership Award.

After graduation with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Business Communication, he served as an underwriting assistant at AIG, and as a marketing executive with Keen Compressed Gas Company. In 1998, he earned his law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida, completing his legal internship with the City of Fort Lauderdale Prosecutors’ Office.

After passing the Georgia State Bar, he began negotiations to purchase and operate an existing law office of over 300 active files. He is now President and Owner of this firm, Timothy J.
